I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the location is fantastic, right next to the central bus station which makes traveling very easy. The accommodations were generally clean and comfortable, and I was pleased with the spacious rooms. However, I encountered issues with my reservation that left me feeling frustrated, especially regarding the unexpected charge after I canceled my booking.
My stay at Izmir's Mom Hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were both clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delightful selection of Turkish dishes that I really enjoyed. However, I did have a bit of trouble during check-in when I arrived late at night and had to wait in the lobby. The hotel's proximity to the bus station was incredibly convenient for my plans to visit surrounding attractions; it was a major plus for my trip.
I had a nice stay at the hotel, especially appreciating the clean rooms and great breakfast options. The location next to the central bus station was super convenient for exploring places like Ephesus and Pamukkale. However, waiting in the lobby for our room upon arrival was less than ideal, and communication with the hotel regarding my reservation cancellation was disappointing.
